ORDERING FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
PURCHASING HOIST, BALANCER, CHANGER or ALIGNER
If you are not picking up your purchase and would like it delivered, please call Logicar for a freight quote, this must be obtained prior to ordering your product.
Once full payment has been received the next business day Logicar team will dispatch your product. Your order will be updated with a tracking number for you to track your delivery, this will be emailed to you from firstname.lastname@example.org
Shipping Hoists, Tyre Changers, Wheel Balancers or Aligners requires a forklift to unload at the customers end, it is your responsibility to organise unloading the product from the truck.
Once the item leaves the Logicar warehouse with the freight company, it is no longer the responsibility of Logicar Australia. We cannot guarantee delivery times / dates, nor can we guarantee loss or transit damage of your item.
When your product arrives, it is recommended you inspect your item before taking ownership or signing the delivery docket. If you suspect your item may have been damaged in transit, make note of it on the delivery docket OR do not take receipt of product and call Logicar immediately on 1300 322 782, we will initiate a claim.
A re-delivery fee from freight company will be applied if you are not available during business hours on the day of your delivery.
You have 30 days as stated on your invoice and based on invoice date, to return a product. Please call Logicar for authorization. Return freight will be at your expense, Logicar will not be responsible for any loss or damage of your item in transit. Please note packaging must be intact.
COMPLIANCE AND WARRANTY
All Logicar Hoists carry and 3-year warranty on parts, excluding consumable parts. All Logicar Hoists are Work safe compliant.
